Exercise –
Many “experts” claim that running, bicycling and cardiovascular exercise is a good way to get rid of cellulite. While this is partly true, certainly not the quickest or most effective to do so. Resistance training is better and run faster to notice results. It is also more effective in burning fat, cardiovascular exercise, contrary to popular belief.

As a certified personal trainer, I can assure that a proper resistance training program is the most effective way to lose cellulite. I have seen many women achieve spectacular results by combining these routines with simple tricks in your diet. Do not rely on “miracles” of anti cellulite creams or another scam to get rid of cellulite. Any product, it will cover the problem temporarily. To really get rid of cellulite, it is necessary to define the cause. A few changes of habit can put your body in fighting cellulite, which will return the soft thighs and buttocks once had.
