Treating burns


What to use: cold water, aloe vera gel or ointment, burn cream, clean bandages.

  • It's highly important to start treating a burn immediately, in order not to get worse. Thus, the first step is to cool the burn by placing it under cold water.
  • You can take aspirin for easing the pain.
  • Use aloe vera cream.
  • The burn area has to be clean. You have to clean the burn every time you change the dressing by using water and soap.
  • Put a bandage over the burn and change it once a day and every time it becomes wet.
