Means to ease lower back pain

Lower back pains medical treatments are more often than not temporary solutions. Having spinal epidurals or surgery it’s quite expensive and moreover, they don’t represent a solution. To ease your back pains in an inexpensive an simple way, follow the bellow directions.

What to use: mattress memory foam topper (3″-4″), yoga mat.

  • The first thing you have to do in order to manage your back pain is to get the right mattress. Your pain can be increased if you are sleeping on a hard or lumpy mattress. The best mattress is the one that has a memory foam. However, this can be quite expensive, so an alternative solution is to buy a mattress memory foam topper with a 4 inches depth.
  • Get a yoga mat and do exercises in order to strengthen your back muscles. Do stretches, sit-ups or crunches.
  • You can do the following exercises: while standing on your back, with your arms outward, lift one leg as high as possible and come across your body. Stay on your tummy and push up the upper torso by keeping the lower body on the ground. Stand up while stretching your legs out and reach your toes with your hands.
  • Pay attention to your body posture while you are sitting, standing, pulling or lifting. If you sit down a lot, it’s recommended to have a cushion to sit on.
